The hotel provided a highly comfortable stay, boasting a prime location adjacent to a large shopping mall. The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness, with Xiao Jiang, in particular, going above and beyond in accommodating my requests.

Slightly old fashioned infrastructure, but plenty of space, and a truly amazing service - staff extremely nice and patient, smiling and ready to help, I was really surprised. Cane here with no expectation but left extremely satisfied. The room looks a bit old but there's plenty of space. Overall the feeling is closer to being at home than to being in a hotel, and I loved it!

The service was perfect everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was mainly Chinese food there was a small collection of European food. The interior looks old and was partly damaged. But everything was clean and hygienic. The view from my room was amazing.

Very friendly and attentive staff. No English but made due with translator app which worked just fine. Old and dated decor but good location. Was looking forward to four workouts in the gym and the swimming pool while on a business trip. Chose this hotel specifically for its indoor swimming pool and gym. Would have stayed elsewhere in the area otherwise. That said, the pool and gym turned out to be public and couldn't be used at all as there was kids' swimming going on every time I went - tried on 4 separate occasions and every time the gym equipment was occupied by a dozen sleeping or relaxing parents and grandparents playing on their phones while waiting for their kids' swimming lessons to end. I was also told that the treadmills were out of order. The listing on Trip.com should be updated. It shouldn't be listed as a having an indoor hotel pool and gym as it's not only outside and adjacent in a different building with no direct access from the hotel, it's also a public facility and not accessible to hotel guests if swimming lessons are going on.

This was a great stay. It is a Chinese styled hotel and Only a few staff speak English but they go the extra mile to help. The hotel is close to the mixc. Overall a good stay.

Very pleasant stay at 天元大厦酒店！The room had a great view (especially at night) of the city and is perfectly clean and the bed is really comfortable. The hotel is organized and the common areas are also very clean. The breakfast is well served with western and chinese food, and the rotating floor is amazing! The rooms and corridors are quiet at night, perfect for a very good sleep, and the room service is very good. The front desk service is great, and Manager 吕 (Lv) is very helpful with any required matters. Walking distance from two big shopping malls (MixC and Raffles City). Recommend this hotel and would stay again once coming back to Hangzhou!

I chose this hotel because it was close to the river but in hindsight should have chosen one closer to the lake. There is very little here so if you want nightlife, it's a taxi. The metro is a 10 min walk. This is not an international hotel so expect very local service (reception struggled with English), no western food options at breakfast (no bacon, sausage, egg had to be ordered, no bread etc). There were no glasses for juice and I couldn't see a coffee machine anywhere) very traditional decor etc. For locals I can see that this is a beautiful hotel with loads of interesting chess/go museums on the ground floor. The bar served Corona for 45... expensive and didn't taste right. I'm not sure if it was fake or just off. As usual, the design of light switches in the room was ridiculous. I really wanted a river view room. I booked a river view room. I was given a side river view room with majority view of apartment blocks. If you expect a river view, confirm first that you will actually get what is described on trip.com. Some lifts didn't go to the 34th floor, this wasn't clear so it was a bit of a game finding one that did. Positives: the guy on reception, possibly a duty manager, was very helpful. The room had a safe, well stocked with toiletries, free water and was a good size. The room was very quiet. Robot delivered food! Unexpected, nice surprise. Deposit taken was very reasonable and returned promptly.

Very satisfied. The environment of Tianyuan Building is very good. It is located by the Qiantang River. The service is very good and attentive. Thanks to all the service staff for their meticulous work. I will come again in the future.

Very satisfied with the stay, the Go-themed hotel. There is a Go museum and library on the first floor. It is suitable for bringing children to stay and learn. Hahaha, the manager at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The location of the hotel is also good. It is just beside the Qiantang River, along the river at night You can go for a walk on the city balcony.

The location of the hotel is good, the surrounding environment is very good, and travel is very convenient. The room is Chinese style, with a living room, it feels like home. The room is clean and tidy, comfortable to live in. It was only when I arrived at the hotel that I realized that there is a Go culture. There is a Go museum and library on the first floor, which is great, and I have a better understanding of the Chinese Go culture! The hotel service is warm, and fruit and drinks are provided for free, which is great.
