床挺舒服，去動物園方便，但公寓管理挺佛系的，衞生比較差，蜘蛛絲等，可能是靠近動物園的緣故，第二天早上有一個排喝飽血的蚊子

很棒的一次住房體驗，因為要在動物園玩，這家酒店離廣州動物園超級超級近，就在北門旁邊，地方也好找，環境也很安靜，房間裝修有點簡歐風的感覺，非常非常棒，推薦！！！

首先這個衞生就沒有保障，要不是離動物遠近，我肯定剛進去就要換酒店了，這個床單不是棉質面料，一欣起來也感覺沒有換，也不知道是不是一客一換，連使用的毛巾浴巾都是非常薄且質地廉價的，各個角落的衞生實在不敢恭維，鏡子臟，第臟，門臟，沙發也非常噁心🤢，住的非常不舒服，辦理入住非常難找，辦好了還得去另外一棟房子入住，拖個行李箱差點沒被繞暈，這是我此生住過最最最坑的酒店，房間非常小，房價還300元一天，真的絕，衹打一分，因為你硬件設施差，那就軟件彌補嘛，不好意思也沒有服務，住的苦不堪言，退房還問我要好評，怎麼好意思的呀……

酒店離地鐵站比較近，也有停車場，房間設施齊全，房間實際情況跟宣傳的沒有多大誤差，唯一不滿意的就是連續住了這麼多天，不能優惠呢😂

前台服務態度極差，語氣非常不好，第一天一點多過去辦入住的時候説上一批客人還沒退房，訂這個房型的客人有權益推遲到兩點退房，必須等到兩點以後才能入住，想提前入住可以加錢訂他們1.8m的複式，我問價格她死活不説，非要問我多少錢訂的原來的房間，回答個價格遮遮掩掩，感覺就是想宰我，另外考慮到兩點退房打掃完可能都三點了，就打算換一家酒店住，這時候前台又跟我説有一間打掃好可以住了，剛才明顯是拖着不想給辦入住。退房當天十二點十五就開始催退房，這時候又説沒權益延遲退房了，想延遲要交錢，衹能説前台為了賺錢把客人當**騙。此外，酒店熱水嚴重不足，洗十分鐘就沒熱水了；房間蚊子多但是電蚊香液是空的，也不給補充；酒店旁邊在施工，晚上很吵；對門不知道是租客還是什麼人，他們那側擺着一堆拖鞋，垃圾經常扔在酒店這一側門口，衞生極差。
