The staff at the reception are very courteous and kind. And very helpful when approached… The staff at the breakfast area are very patient and helpful… although they don’t know English but they were extremely polite as I was a bit upset initially. But they ensure that I got the breakfast of my choice. Am so grateful and thankful to the ladies at the breakfast area and also the cook and the gentleman who attended me… Really thankful for their kind gesture and patience..I will surely recommend this hotel 👍🏻👌🏻👍🏻

Booked three rooms for New Year’s family reunion. Two of the room adjoining, third room across the hall from the two adjoining rooms. Hotel centrally located in the town center, easily accessible to shopping, restaurants and transportation. Breakfast was adequate with mostly Chinese cuisine.

Well, the floor was absolutely pathetic. You can see the pictures to figure that out. The carpet was full of stains and is evident. How can they be so careless? Simply bad and I won’t recommend this hotel. Stayed here twice within 10 days of time. Firstly, had an issue with Wi-Fi, which doesn’t work and later the floor is so untidy. This is room number 807 on 8th floor…. Don’t take it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful and can speak English. The pool is amazing and there are beautiful green grass areas to have a picnic. The restaurant food looked amazing, but it is very pricy.

The room is clean and big enough. Half of the walls in the room I live in are large floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the city environment outside. It looks very nice when the city lights are on at night. The bedding is also very good. I am very satisfied, especially The waiters at the front desk are very professional, and everyone has a good attitude. There are also the lobby manager and other staff, who will help you push your luggage. Someone will take you to the elevator. The front desk even helped me upgrade the room, which is very heartwarming. On the first floor, I saw a custom-made transparent acrylic box at the door of each room in the corridor, small wooden ornaments similar to agarwood, with an artistic atmosphere, I like it very much. The quality of the various toiletries in the room is also quite good, and it smells very good, especially the rich and diverse breakfast, good quality, and good environment. I just have a little comment. When we checked in yesterday afternoon, because my husband likes to make tea, a friend came to talk about things. There was not enough water in the room. I called the front desk and asked for 4 bottles. After 3 minutes, the room attendant Water was delivered, but when I opened the door, it didn't make me feel the politeness that big hotels still have. Instead, they looked at me with cold eyes and didn't say a word. I was frightened, so I told her quickly, Excuse me, we need tea, we don't have enough water, thank you. She replied blankly, you're welcome, turned around and left. I was wondering if she was too busy, and asking her to deliver water affected her to make the room. Then, can the hotel consider configuring robots to deliver some small items, so that the guests' experience will be better, and the room attendants will not be disappointed. Glad, many mid-sized hotels are now almost serviced by robots. Keep pace with the times!

Breakfast tastes good The front desk service is super good and very warm The room is very comfortable and simple and clean, I highly recommend this hotel for a good price.
