Simply wonderful villa experience. We stayed in Villa Tinggi, which was perfect for our family of 4 - especially two bathrooms with a teenager. The views are breathtaking, and staff super responsive via their preferred communication channel WhatsApp. It was great having a pool as part of our villa - perfect when returning from activities, especially if walking up the stairs. There is a nice range of snacks and drinks provided within the Villa - but I'd certainly recommend stocking up via the local warungs to save a few $$. Filtered water is provided free of charge, and we had no issues using. Also, if your ferry provider doesn't include transfers to the villa, they will come get you for free - I'd recommend checking before you leave Sanur so you can prearrange that. Free transfers are also provided via the O'Hana shuttle, including to get to O'Hana for food and drinks (which is great). But the restaurants at the bottom of the steps are worth checking out and are easy walking distance. Highly recommend staying here. Hopefully we'll be back!

Stayed at the hotel for two days and was too comfortable. The service was especially good. When we arrived, let us go to the air-conditioned room and wait for them to come and check in. Baggage is not taken by yourself, they will be sent directly to the room. The hotel is also very tasty, breakfast is not self-service, a single point, no charge. It is very convenient to rent a motorcycle near the hotel. There are many Europeans and Americans, and the waiters are basically English. Husband said that next time, still live!

The villa itself was well kept and very strategically located. It us quite literally a stone's throw away from Dream Beach! And I have the option of taking a dip in the pool should the sea appear too daunting for a swim. Definitely going back soon!

The rooms were beautifully maintained and demonstrated a love for the property itself. We had dinner one night at the restaurant and the home-cooked meals were authentic and delicious. After staying at supposed '5-star' accommodation back in Bali, these ritzy hotels didn't come close to Akah in terms of true attention to detail, care and customer service.
